Track Your Order
We'll keep you updated from checkout to delivery. Here is how to check where your order is.
1. Check your shipping confirmation email
When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your carrier and tracking number. Click the tracking link in that email to see the latest status.
2. Use your order status page
Your order confirmation email includes a View your order link. It opens your order status page, where you can see your items, shipping address and tracking details.
Timeline
- Processing: 1-3 business days after you place your order.
- Delivery: usually 3-7 business days after the order ships.
Tracking can take up to 24-48 hours to show its first update after you receive the shipping email.
Need help?
If you can't find your emails (check your spam folder), your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your package shows as delivered but you didn't receive it, email us at support@gaming4u.store with your order number and we will look into it.
